StorytellerOS, the AI-powered publishing platform from Athenia Creative Services, has entered private beta with a feature set designed to replace the patchwork of tools most independent authors use to run their businesses.
The platform combines a full writing studio, social media creation and scheduling, AI image generation, and email marketing into a single application. For authors currently paying separate subscriptions for an email service provider, a social media scheduler like Hootsuite or Buffer, a design tool, and a writing app, StorytellerOS consolidates those functions into one integrated workspace.
A direct integration with Shopify gives authors a connected path from content creation to commerce, while integration with Direct2Readers — Athenia Creative’s author-reader marketplace — provides built-in discoverability for titles managed through the platform.
“Most authors are running their business across eight or ten different apps that don’t talk to each other. StorytellerOS connects the whole workflow — from the first draft to the marketing email to the social post to the sale,” said Chelle Honiker, Managing Partner of Athenia Creative Services. “We built what we wished existed.”
The platform’s AI capabilities assist with content generation, image creation for social media and advertising, and marketing copy — all tuned for publishing industry use cases rather than generic business applications.
