If Your Package Includes a Digital Ad

• Ad Server Login: Within 2 business days, you will be contacted with your login details for our ad server at ads.indieauthormagazine.com.
• Get Started: Once you receive your login credentials, please follow the instructions on our Ad Update page to launch your digital ad campaign.

If Your Package Includes Print Advertising

• Ad Submission: Please submit your print ad using our dedicated submission form at Print Ad Submission.
• Ad Specifications: For details on ad sizes and specifications, refer to our Media Kit.
• Need Assistance? If you have any questions, please schedule an appointment with Grace Snoke, our Production Coordinator.

If Your Package Includes Dedicated Email or a Digital Promotion Suite

• Email Details: Please provide the required details for your email campaign by completing our form at Email Campaign Submission.

If Your Package Includes a Wide for the Win Partner Space

• Create Your Account: Register at wideforthewin.com/campus and email your username to [email protected] so we can set you up as an admin for your dedicated space.
• Customize Your Space: We’ll add a temporary banner to get you started — swap it out with your own branding whenever you’re ready.
• Turn On Notifications: Make sure your notifications are enabled so you see when authors engage with your space. Partners who check in regularly get the most traction.
• We Handle the Rest: We’ll announce your space to the community, promote it through our Indie Author Magazine newsletter and Indie Author Training webinar notifications, and moderate the group so you can focus on connecting with authors.
