The following form has two parts. The first will ask for your contact details and use them to populate an independent contractor agreement which includes a non-disclosure agreement, which you can sign online at the end of this process. On the confirmation screen, you’ll see a completed copy for your records which you can print and save.
The second part will ask you for your PayPal email address to receive payments. You can add a secondary administrative email address if you prefer to receive email there.
You’ll also be asked to provide your tax information. If you are subject to taxes in the USA, then you’ll upload a completed W9 which you can download here.
If you’re not subject to taxes in the USA, then you’ll need to upload a W8BEN (or W8BENE if you file as an entity or company)
